My name is Esmeralda Santiago
My journey in caregiving began as a certified nursing assistant working closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, where I learned the importance of patience, advocacy, and personalized care. I later worked in various nursing homes and caregiving agencies, gaining valuable experience and insight into the challenges of institutional care.

Through this work, I clearly saw how powerful and meaningful it is for individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving compassionate, one-on-one support. This experience inspired the creation of Angelic Caregiving — an agency rooted in dignity, trust, and caring for others as if they were family.

OUR ANGELS
Our caregivers and certified nursing assistants are the heart of Angelic Caregiving. We lovingly call them our Angels because they show up every day with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Each Angel is chosen not only for their experience and skills, but for their ability to connect, listen, and treat every individual like family.
